When I tell you we physically saw 40 houses in 5 months and she did not complain one bit, I literally mean it! This number does not include the number of houses we searched through to pick the ones we ended up seeing.  Colleen took the time to get to know what we want and was so understanding throughout the process. She was also so patient with my dad joining us on all the tours and was so open to learning from him/hearing his thoughts (he’s a building inspector). We considered some other houses earlier on but she knew we were settling rather than loving it and she didn’t let us move forward. It all paid off on the 40th house we saw and it was the one!

She knew what she was doing from contract writing to settlement and if she didn’t (it was an unusual foreclosure) she didn’t hesitate to ask questions and figure out the answers. On top of that, she didn’t disappear after settlement. She continued to follow up on us throughout the last few months of renovations and move in. If you are a first time home owner, like us, she is the one for you!
