Can the chatbot handle multiple languages?

By default the chatbot will learn from up to 10 links.  If you have a Pro / Premium account, the chatbot will learn from up to 100 links. 

I have a thousand active links, does the chatbot learn from all of them?

We are learning from all the questions asked here. You can tell us your brilliant ideas or report bugs with the chatbot here.

Some known issues we are working on:
- You cannot change the thumbnail for the chatbot link. We need to work with design to figure out the right way to use the thumbnail asset.
- Scroll / padding issue
- Training can take quite long, especially for Pro accounts, where we crawl entire websites and transcribe Youtube videos. But we've made some optimizations so it should be significantly improved as of 2024/9/2)
- Featured layout only shows a thumbnail. We should show a list of clickable prompts 

I have a feature request / bug report, where should I send it?

Yes, you can create links purely as knowledge sources for the Chatbot.  The chatbot learn from all your active links and inactive links that have been created over the past 7 days 

Does the chatbot train from inactive links?

For business owners: A chatbot can handle customer inquiries and provide support, significantly improving efficiency and response times. The chatbot is available 24/7 to help your customers. 

For creators: With a wealth of content, it can be challenging for visitors to find what interests them. A chatbot helps visitors quickly discover the content they’re looking for, saving them from the hassle of skimming through hours of videos or posts.

It also provides valuable insights into their interests based on the questions they ask. Unlike browsing history, these direct interactions give you a clearer understanding of what truly engages your audience. 

Why would anyone need a chatbot?

Once you create the chatbot, you can click on the  "Train chatbot from my Linktree" button, the chatbot will learn from the links on your link tree.  If you find the chatbot can't answer certain questions, you can add a text link and put in the relevant content there and click on the chatbot Training button again.  

How to teach my chatbot about my content?

Great idea!  You have anticipated our roadmap. Given the very limited time and resource, it's one of the things we haven't got to in this release.

Where can I see the conversations my chatbot's been having?

This is on our roadmap.  We will probably extend the chatbot config UI and let you provide some sample links for this purpose.  Then the chatbot will try to extract the style from the provided material and imitate it in how it communicates going forward. 
Let us know if you have ideas as well. 

Can I customize the chatbot's personality or tone?

If you have a question you want the chatbot to answer exactly as you like, the easiest way is to create a text link and enter the exact question and answer there.  

How to teach the chatbot how to exactly answer certain questions?

We currently support: classic URL links, PDF Document, Text, Instagram profiles, YouTube channels, Amazon links.  In addition, we also support transcribing Youtube videos and crawling entire websites (as opposed to single page) for Pro / Premium accounts. 

What types of links are supported?

It's on our roadmap.  We plan to let you train the communication style of the chatbot using sample documents or videos.
