CRONOGRAMA DO PROCESSO SELETIVO

Pré Matrícula

Art. 10  No ato da matrícula na Rede Estadual de Ensino da Bahia, deverão ser apresentados os seguintes documentos:

I - via original do Histórico Escolar;
II - via original e cópia legível do RG ou CIN
III - via original e cópia legível do CPF;
IV - via original e cópia legível do comprovante de residência, emitido nos últimos três meses;
V - via original e cópia legível da Carteira de Vacinação, devidamente atualizada
VII - cópia legível do RG e CPF da mãe do estudante e/ou do responsável legal;
IX - termo de autorização para uso de imagem do estudante, em campanhas e ações institucionais realizadas pelo Governo do Estado da Bahia;
 
X - laudo médico, relatório multiprofissional ou atestado que comprove a condição do estudante com deficiência, assegurando-lhe atendimento exclusivo e prioritário no dia 12 de janeiro de 2026, conforme o disposto na Lei nº 13.146, de 6 de julho de 2015 (Estatuto da Pessoa com Deficiência).
