Old McDonald had huge arms E-I-E-I-O! This arm, forearm, and shoulder-focused plan is designed as an ancillary to your current strength and conditioning workouts here at BioFit. This 3x/week program lasts 8 weeks and is designed to run in conjunction with the classes, however, it does not have to be started simultaneously! This program will utilize equipment and methods not always accessible in class. Expect each day to take roughly 15-20 mins to complete.
