Specialties: Authentic Thai food cooked to order from a tight menu that changes with the seasons. Expect bright herbs, balanced heat, and rotating specials alongside core classics like fragrant curries and wok-tossed noodles. Established in 2024. I began in 2024 at local farmers markets, selling fried Thai street food like spring rolls, wings, and wontons. After a year of testing recipes and meeting customers, I launched the food truck in July 2025 to bring a fuller menu and regular service to the neighborhood.
