Esküvői dalok 

Andrea Gerák is a multilingual singer from Hungary, performing in 20 or so languages and with a distinctive voice. She takes her listeners to other nations with Czech, Swedish, Turkish, Quechua songs and more; her main profile is singing Hungarian folk songs, true to her roots.
 
Andrea performed on stage for the first time when she was five years old, and a few years later she often got solo roles in four folk dance ensembles in Hungary, both as a singer and a dancer.

After many years abroad, she performs in her country again with joy, also internationally.

Beside singing, she still dances sometimes, writes in Hungarian and in English (poems, short stories, essays), loves photography, traveling and bicycling.
All this despite of battling with a serious health issue.

About me (short)

Gerák Andrea jellegzetes hangú énekesnő, közel 20 nyelven énekel. Cseh, balkáni, svéd, török, kecsua és más dalokkal elröppenti hallgatóit a világ tájaira; fő profiljaként magyar népdalokat ad elő, gyökereihez hűen. 

Első ízben ötéves korában lépett fel színpadon Kazincbarcikán, majd néhány évvel később gyakran kapott szóló szerepeket a Borsod, Avas, Bartók és Csepel néptáncegyüttesekben, énekesként és táncosként is.

Sokéves külföldi lét után újra örömmel énekel hazai közönségnek is, de változatlanul szívesen vállal külföldi fellépéseket is.

Az előadóművészet mellett magyarul és angolul ír verseket, novellákat, esszéket, fotózik. Szívesen utazik és biciklizik.
Mindezt egy komoly betegség ellenére.

Jelenleg Szentendrén él.
