I have been a patient for nine years, initially at the Springwood clinic, then with Michael at the Coomera clinic, and currently at your new facility. The new premises are exceptional, offering excellent wheelchair accessibility. I can easily maneuver my wide wheelchair into the treatment rooms. On occasions when we've encountered difficulty loading the wheelchair into our vehicle, the staff have consistently provided willing assistance.

As an individual with complex disabilities, including conditions such as POTS, EDS, Lymphedema, and Lipoedema stage 4, which preclude manual manipulation due to joint instability, I rely on an electric wheelchair for mobility. Michael has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, treating me with respect, compassion, integrity, and kindness. His direct and honest communication style is highly valued. His ongoing support has been instrumental in enabling me to manage my daily life effectively. I hold his professional opinions and guidance in high regard. Michael is consistently well-informed, actively developing and enhancing his skills, and dedicated to networking and researching optimal solutions for his clients' desired outcomes. He is a highly skilled physiotherapist who adopts a holistic approach to client care. We also share a positive rapport and a good sense of humor, which makes our sessions a little more fun.

Eddie consistently demonstrates a strong willingness to assist, consistently offering a warm and professional demeanor, even when faced with challenges. Her helpfulness, patience, and proactive approach to problem-solving are highly commendable.
