Hi CofC Students! TBP Charleston is a student-run nonprofit organization dedicated to making homelessness "rare and brief." Our mission is to support Charleston’s homeless community by filling bookbags with everyday essentials, educating the youth about how to help the unhoused, and raising awareness about the root causes of homelessness. We do this by: Packing and hand-delivering backpacks filled with essential supplies, establishing personal connections to uplift each client we meet, linking clients to community-based homeless services, and more!
