This survey is from the ACE Collaborative DMV Driver's Group, which is made up of ridehail drivers from DC, Maryland and Virginia (DMV). The ACE DMV Drivers Group hosts a monthly "Digital Orientation" for all new members of this campaign. This ACE DMV Drivers Digital Orientation is conducted virtually and facilitated using the Zoom app. During these orientations; we inform newcomers about this campaign & our demands, instruct folks how to engage with our group chats & our best practices, and discuss next steps & additional needs.
