Payment will be through ZELLE, Square or Venmo A mock up will be sent for your approval of all items & colors AFTER invoice is paid. *A $75 delivery/set up charge will be added to all orders over 16ft and/or with backdrop or marquee rentals *by filling out this form you agree to payment within 48 hours of receiving your invoice & that if cancelled within 72 hours notice before the event you will only be refunded 50% of the invoice total. Less than 72 hours notice, no refund.

Course 3: Rules about combining the most effective colors together, double-stuff technique, calculating the price and quantities of balloons needed for any kind of installation. Course 4: Learn about different types of frames and backdrops for balloon garlands. I will show you the constructions so that you can order or make the same ones on your own.
