About the Workshops: In this series of workshops, participants will learn how to set up a warp on a tabletop Rigid Heddle Loom. No weaving experience necessary! Students will experiment with yarn color and textures to create sample weavings inspired by landscapes and nature. Weaving samples completed in the course will be displayed at the Winooski Senior Center in May. Students who complete the course can borrow looms for further investigation and personal projects. This weaving workshop series is organized by the Heritage Winooski Mill Museum and made possible with support from a Creative Aging Grant from Vermont Arts Council.
