Project NaviGAte connects community-based organizations to underserved populations, increasing service utilization through targeted referrals. By conducting Community Needs Assessments, launching public health campaigns, and enhancing culturally informed care, the initiative addresses HIV prevention and substance misuse treatment. Serving Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton, and Gwinnett counties, Project NaviGAte focuses on Georgia's hardest-hit HIV hotspots to improve community health outcomes.
