Grain Queen Bakehouse (formerly Teahouse Bakery) is a wholesale bakery in Cove, Oregon that makes grain-flavored cookies, pastries, and desserts. We celebrate regionally grown and milled grains in all of our treats. Who is the Grain Queen? That's up to you. Like all good stories, she means something different to each listener. For me, she symbolizes a revival: the richness and excitement of whole grain flavors. She heralds the return of these forgotten crops.
