Thank you for your interest in joining our 1-to-1 Tasek Academic Coaching programme — a personalised learning and mentoring experience designed to support your growth in Mathematics / Science! Before filling in the form, please read the important information below carefully. Being part of Tasek Academic Coaching requires commitment. You are expected to attend at least 3 out of 4 sessions each month. This ensures that you and your assigned mentor can build a consistent learning relationship. Valid reasons for absence will be considered, but please do your best to stay committed — your consistency helps you get the most out of the programme. Tasek Academic Coaching is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. As places are limited, priority will be given to students under financial assistance schemes. Due to high demand, we will reach out to shortlisted applicants with the next steps for placement in the programme.

Thank you for your interest in joining Tasek Sailors, where players are shaped with positive character before scoring goals! Before you fill in this form, please read the terms and conditions below: Being a Tasek player requires commitment. Please fill up this register interest form if you are able to commit at least 1 day of training per week on the weekend. If you're unable to commit, less priority will be given. Due to overwhelming numbers, upon registration, you will be placed on the waitlist. Please kindly wait for a Tasek staff to contact you after registering. Priority is given to Singapore Citizens, and based on needs (financial/social). For direct referrals from Social Service Agencies (e.g. FSC, hospitals, residential homes, SSOs, schools), please send us a referral email to football@tasek.org after filling this form. This form will take about 3-5 minutes to complete.
