Over the past five years I've been able to lose 100lbs and keep it off. Transforming not only my body but also my mind & well being and I think it's something worth sharing with you guys, especially with all of the BS Info out there and fad diets, it's tough to know where to actually start! But, it's never too late to begin your journey, you do have the time, you do have what it takes, you just have to try and have a long term mindset to make little change by little change. There is no miracle drug or workout routine, as the key is to continually learn and increase your knowledge of nutrition and training and be disciplined. Remember, nothing worth doing is ever easy.
