Ce projet vient de la nécessité de donner un sens à une situation familiale impossible. De la volonté de faire face à un gouffre psychique. Urgence. Exorcisme photographique. Mon père est parti vivre à Diego Suarez, Madagascar en 2001. Deux ans plus tard il sera victime d’un grave accident de moto. Rapatrié en France avec une lourde démence frontale, il est depuis interné, enfermé. Encerclé dans ses propres rêves.This project stems from the need to make sense of an impossible family situation. The wish to face up to a psychic abyss. Urgent! Photographic exorcism. My father left to live in Diego Suarez, Madagascar in 2001. Two years later he was the victim of a serious motorbike accident. Repatriated to France suffering from major frontal dementia, he has remained interned, shut in. Enclosed in his own dreams.
