Glorious!!  Radiant!!  Transformative!  English doesn't really have concepts for how the connection of mind, body and spirit come together in a vibrational achievement.  Hence, Ruba uses metaphor, analogy, narratives, stories, and allegory to talk thru the Gestalt of how the mind, body and soul dovetail and how breathing connects and releases the body's soul well.
Ruba listens, actually hears, and reads between the lines. She is professional, kind, attentive, detail-oriented and authentic about who she is and what she can do for each individual she sees.   Each person who comes to see her will experience a customized massage and spirit guidance based on the concepts of a Sacred Pause, being here now, and attending to one's own humanity.
The space is clean, relaxing, and the people seem to really care about each individual they serve.
Highly recommend Ruba!!  A bit expensive, but you're worth it!!
