On Sunday, March 15 from 12:00–3:00 PM, R3 will be hosting a massage and stretch therapist offering targeted Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, and Stretch Therapy sessions designed to relieve pain, break up tight tissue, improve range of motion, and restore mobility — especially in the back, neck, and shoulders. This is intentional bodywork focused on addressing tension and structural misalignments, not a full-body relaxation massage. 30-minute session – $50 If you want longer than 30 minutes, you can book two time slots for $100. Availability is limited and time slots are first come, first served. To reserve your spot, please submit this form. After signing up, Venmo @Brendon-Raftery for half of the session price ($15) to secure your booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
