Hello this is P.A.T.CH! If you don't already know, we are a non-profit program started by 3 teenage girls who hope to pursue medicine in the near future. Our goal for this project is to get the youth more involved and being able to be a supporting pillar for hospitals in the DFW area (to be a member you don't have to live in this area, we have remote ways for you to help to). We give out volunteer hours, leadership opportunities, and events for you to attend. Not all of our events do with the hospitals specifically but we do thinks like bake sales, bracelet making, and card making for those in the hospital and their staff! After this form you'll be contacted by one of the co-founders and from there, you will be a official patch member! We are so excited to work with you, and thank you for helping our project grow!!
