We are excited to prepare for negotiations of our first ever union contract here at ORVA! One of the first steps to prepare for bargaining is to determine our shared priorities for the bargaining of our contract. This survey is the initial way that each of us can have a voice in what we want to achieve. After surveys are completed, we will compile, share, discuss the results, and develop a bargaining platform. All individual responses will remain confidential; we ask for your name so that we can ensure that everyone has had the opportunity to complete the survey.
