“Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.” — John Crosby We are looking for mentees who can spend at least 2-4hrs/month to: - Initiate and communicate expectations regarding the relationship via a mentoring agreement - Collaborate with the mentor to identify competency strengths and weaknesses - Meet with the mentor on a regular basis (i.e., monthly) or as established by the mentoring agreement - Maintain confidentiality within the mentoring relationship ***This form is for registered SAMSA medical students only.
