The slow-paced version of the beautiful game is a great way for over 50s to get active, make friends and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Walking football provides opportunities to play competitively in organised tournaments or simply socialise and have fun while reconnecting with the game they love. The Nottingham Forest Walking Football programme opens up a range of physical health benefits for participants. It’s also a great opportunity to make new friends and meet new people while keeping active and improving physical wellbeing.

Premier League Kicks is a free programme, funded by the Premier League Charitable Fund, and uses the reach and appeal of the Premier League and network of professional football clubs to regularly engage children and young people of all backgrounds and abilities in football. The sessions we run give boys and girls aged between 8-16 years the opportunity to play football and take part in other multi-sport activities.

In partnership with the Premier League, Nottingham Forest Community Trust is delighted to be able to deliver its flagship Primary School programme to young people across Nottinghamshire. Premier League Primary Stars uses the combined appeal of the Premier League and professional football clubs to inspire children to learn, be active and develop important life skills. Available to every primary school in England and Wales, Premier League Primary Stars seeks to inspire girls and boys aged 5-11 in the classroom, the playground and on the sports field.
