Originally met Rhys with hip issues caused by running. He was very knowledgeable about potential causes and came up with a programme to resolve. Following this, I then also had an ankle injury which again Rhys helped with. After doing some home improvements, I then started with back pain which once again Rhys helped. Very impressed with every appointment I have had, and it is also very helpful speaking to someone who is this knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend Motion.
I can’t recommend Motion Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy Clinic enough! I initially went to them with a recurring neck problem that had been bothering me for ages. Within just a couple of sessions, they sorted it out completely. But what really sets them apart is their commitment to helping you long-term—they gave me exercises and taught me self-care techniques so I wouldn’t have to keep booking appointments and spending money, which I really appreciated. I also saw them for sports massages during my competition prep for a bodybuilding competition, and I didn’t realise how much tension I was holding until then! The first few sessions were pretty intense (and by intense i mean painful, but in a good way), but it was worth every bit. They worked out all the tension, and the difference in how my physique looked afterward was incredible. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. I also loved that I could book online, which made things super convenient. I would definitely recommend Motion to anyone in need of physiotherapy or sports massage!
Been to Rhys a few times with different injuries over the years. Been to different physios in the past but the typical rest & ice response. With Rhys hell keep you moving whilst nursing and strengthening an injury which was important to me at the time. Quality of the sessions are second to none and very professional. Highly recommend
