My experience with being a customer with Monica Story’s State Farm Agency has been satisfying. The person that handles my policies and claims and well any insurance question or need I might have, is Michelle McDonald and she is always there for me and my family! She is extremely efficient and knowledgeable about insurance. Every time I’ve needed her help with anything, she has walked me through the process, given me all the information I needed and always ends with a job well done until the next time I need her!!! Michelle thank you for your hard work and attention to detail and most of all your exceptional customer service. I hope we can work closely together for a long time!!!

I want to say a big thank you to Regina, the team member at State Farm who has been really helpful with our insurance needs. Regina's support has been so valuable, giving us clear advice and sharing personal experiences that made everything easy to understand. What impressed us most was how she helped us in Spanish, making sure we understood everything perfectly.
