Traditionally made with just extra virgin olive oil, our version of melomakarona also includes organic cold-pressed sunflower oil, which balances their taste profile. In our quest for taste authenticity, we are using extra virgin olive oil and polyflora honey from Greece. “We love these! Delicious, quite crumbly but not dry. Moreish and full of flavour. The texture is melt in the mouth, and as they warm on the palate they release all the spices and citrus notes. These are unusual and they work so very well.
