Maine Youth Access & Inclusion Survey for PARENTS/GUARDIANS
Thank you for taking the time to support this statewide project with the Maine Youth Action Network (MYAN). We want to hear from parents, guardians, and caregivers of young people (ages 0–24) who have had a hard time joining or taking part in youth programs. This could be because of a disability, transportation issues, cost, language barriers, or any other access challenge. Your feedback helps us understand what families are experiencing so we can push for programs that are more welcoming, accessible, and supportive for all youth in Maine. This survey takes about 8–10 minutes. All information you share will be kept confidential, and your answers will not be linked back to you or your young person.
