Gentle Flow for Mental Health Registration
Gentle flow yoga class taught by Robin Hilton, of Joyful Yoga. It will focus on the importance of taking care of your mental health and how yoga, movement, and breathing can improve your wellbeing. This activity will provide relaxation, stress relief and increase the awareness for the Defeat Depression Campaign.
