Formed in 2021, they debuted with "Burn and Drown" (2023), followed by the EP Rebound Theory (2024), a mix of resilience and emotion. Known for electrifying live shows, they’re carving their path in modern alt-rock with edge and heart.

Little Less Pain is an alternative rock band from northern Italy, delivering a sharp blend of raw intensity and evocative melodies. Formed in 2021 between Brescia and Crema, the band has recently entered a new era with a renewed line-up, ready to push their sound further than ever. Led by vocalist Lara Quaranta and guitarist Frank Baldassarre, joined by Luca Peschiera on bass and Mattia Aniello on drums, Little Less Pain combine fierce riffs, atmospheric layers, and lyrics that cut deep. Their upcoming single “A.B. Normal” (out October 3, 2025) marks the beginning of this new chapter: a modern alt-rock anthem that transforms resilience and difference into strength. On stage, Little Less Pain channel raw energy and authenticity into electrifying performances, creating a visceral connection with their audience. With a sound that balances edge and heart, the band is carving their place in the new wave of alternative rock.
