Description
Designed and assembled a liquid level controller capable of monitoring low, medium, and high fluid levels and actuating a relay for pump, valve, or alarm control. The system uses conductive liquid sensing and analog signal processing to provide stable level detection while avoiding electrode degradation through alternating sensing voltage. Visual status feedback is provided through multi-LED indicators, and a relay output enables integration with external control hardware.
The entire circuit was assembled and soldered by hand, totaling 129 individual solder joints, requiring careful component placement, polarity verification, and joint inspection. The project emphasized hardware reliability, clean soldering practices, and functional testing to ensure proper operation across all sensing states.
