Artigo npj Biodiversity: A call to re-collectivize science and make it more equitable | npj Biodiversity
This article is an invitation to reflect on the reality of early-career researchers (ECRs), making science in unequal and precarious conditions. By inviting established researchers to use their stability to amplify younger voices and fight for fair working conditions, I propose a re-collectivization of science worldwide, allowing the experiences and demands of young scientists to be used as guides for the development of action plans and structuring changes in scientific production.

Guia de Abelhas Polinizadoras Agrícolas de São José dos Pinhais
O Guia de Abelhas Polinizadoras Agrícolas de São José dos Pinhais é resultado de uma iniciativa do Projeto BioSer (Fundação Araucária e Fundação Grupo Boticário), desenvolvido na região da bacia dos rios Miringuava-Mirim entre os anos de 2020 e 2022 e associada com o Projeto NAPI Biodiversidade: Serviços Ecossistêmicos. Essas inicativas buscam avaliar as influências da paisagem e do manejo agrícola sobre a polinização. A proposta do Guia é compilar informações biológicas sobre abelhas encontradas polinizando cultivos agrícolas da região de São José dos Pinhais, como sua relação com as flores, ocorrência, sociabilidade e quais cultivos visitam. O intuito é de que essas informações auxiliem a complementar os conhecimentos agrícolas, servindo de ferramenta para enriquecer a diversidade biológica de suas propriedades, a fim de construirmos uma agricultura resiliente e sustentável.
