General Information
What do I have to prepare for the exam?
After scheduling an exam you'll receive an e-mail with all the information.
You'll be asked to send me a scan of your ID and your pilot's license (if you already have one). The exam will be audio-recorded (a 2nd examiner will listen to it) so please also sign the provided DSGVO sheet.
For the exam itself you'll just need: your ID, a pen+paper, a stable internet connection and a quiet surrounding.
What will be assessed? Is the ICAO Standard Phraseology also part of the exam?
Structure, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, interaction and comprehension will be assessed. Technical knowledge is not needed but sometimes it can be useful to know some aeronautical terms. ICAO standard phraseology is also part of the exam (ATC calls/readback).
When will I receive my certificate? Is it accepted in Germany/Austria/...?
Usually, you'll receive your certificate within 48h and all EASA countries should accept it.
