Built to Run is 8 weeks of progressive strength & conditioning designed to make you stronger, more powerful and highly resilient to injury. Built to Run integrates seamlessly alongside your running training and is ideal for race preparation. It’s designed to have you feeling strong, confident, and race-ready on the start line, whether you’re targeting a 5km, a half marathon, or anything in between! The programme prioritises running performance, with a strong focus on lower-body strength, force production, and movement efficiency. Alongside this, you’ll develop robust core strength, improved posture, and upper-body strength to support better mechanics and long-term durability as a runner.
