This form allows individuals to sign up to address the School Board in person on any matter of concern about the school division during the monthly meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2025. Citizens interested in speaking are required to sign up in advance using this form or by calling the Clerk at (804) 652-3837 no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Citizens may not transfer their speaking spot to another individual, and it is requested that only one member of each household reserve a spot to speak. Please submit your request to speak only once. Each speaker will be given three minutes to speak. If you are speaking on behalf of a group, you are welcome to provide the Board with hard copies of written comments from each member of your group. Written comments may also be provided via https://forms.gle/wjwCQn9WhbEz8ow36, which must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. the day before the Board meeting.
