This is a self-check-in unit using a lockbox. 
Check-in any time after 14h00.

1) When entering the premises, please park in the designated area on your right. 
2) Walk around to your apartment, furthest from the parking spaces .
3) There is a key box located next to the door. Slide the black plastic cover down. Enter the numbers, ensure they are in line, then flip the black switch down. When the black switch is down, pull the locked cover open and the key will be inside.  
4) Please lock the box after removing the key, with the numbers jumbled to prevent others from seeing the access code.

Further instructions and codes to enter will be sent before arrival.

Please ensure that you follow these house rules:

1) Please respect all "NO ENTRY" signs as the units are located on a residential property.

2) The towels are provided for hygienic purposes. Please use the kitchen paper towels for spills and the wipes in the bathroom drawer for makeup removal.

3) The maximum number of guests allowed is 2. This must not be exceeded.

4) Please place your glasses and cups on the coasters provided.

5) NO smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are permitted in the unit or on the property.  

6) Check-out is strictly at 10:00.

7) Strict quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially when entering and exiting the property.

8) Please do not rearrange furniture or remove any items from the property.

9) NO parties, gatherings, or events are allowed.

*Note that Airbnb may hold guests accountable and financially liable for any damages to the apartment or its contents.

How to Use The Nespresso Coffee Machine

1) Ensure the water is topped up. 
2) Place your cup (lift up the cup base for the bigger mugs).
3) Insert the pod and press the handle down,
4) Select the size you would like by pressing the big or small buttons on top.
5) Wait for deliciousness to happen! ☕️

How To Use The Mellerware Induction Plate

How to use the Mellerware induction plate:

1) Place compatible cookware in the centre of the plate and plug it in. 
2) Press the POWER button
3) Select a cooking mode or use the + and - buttons to set the desired power or temperature.

*Compatible Cookware (Snappy Chef) can be found in the kitchen cabinet

Take out the trash to designated trash area.
There is a big round pot close to the gate - behind the parking area where you need to dispose of your garbage bags.

*Please ensure the garbage bags are tightly closed before disposing of them.

Garbage Disposal

1) Buy a sim card at the Airport on arrival  
2) Use Uber to get around easily. We recommend using Uber to get from the Airport to your accommodation. If you are planning to travel around to the smaller towns, it will be cheaper to rent a car. Public transport to other towns is not recommended.  
3) South Africa uses Plug types C and N.  
4) Drinking water in major cities and towns is safe to drink. Double-check with locals if you are travelling to other smaller towns.  
5) There is a very low malaria risk in South Africa.
6) English is widely spoken.
7) You don't need to carry around a lot of cash. Most points of sales cater for cashless sales.  
8) Be prepared to tip within the Service Industry. 

International Guests

Upon check-out, please do the following: 

1) Check out is strictly at 10h00.  
2) Throw all the dirty towels in the shower in the bathroom 
3) Switch off the AC and all the lights  
4) Lock the unit keys in the lock box, ensure the lock box is locked by closing the flap and jumbling the dials. 

Please note that additional fees may be charged if our caretaker is delayed due to a late check-out that has not been arranged before check-in.

HOW TO SUBMIT A NOISE OR SMELL COMPLAINT:  
1) Gather evidence in the form of a video, voice recording or photo 
2) Share them with Loreen via the AirBnB app or WhatsApp to +27792667631. 
3) Please include your unit, as well as the unit number you are reporting.  

PLEASE NOTE - We cannot report any noise or smells without evidence.

COMPLAINTS AGAINST YOU AS A GUEST:  
1) Please note that all the surrounding units may also lodge complaints 
2) Complaints made without evidence will be mentioned to our guests.  
3) If a complaint is made with evidence, and there is a breach of the House Rules, a single warning shall be given. 
4) Upon a second confirmed complaint, your stay may be terminated without any refund.
