With a selection of all the instruments or only those of your choosing, an orchestra of bliss awaits. By default, i will use the drum, gongs, himalayan and crystal bowls as well as percussion instruments. We can however focus on only one instrument or some of those. The session is bespoke for you. The sound will allow you to deeply relax, reducing brainwave activity and allow you to be present in the moment, connecting with your inner-world. As we come to the end, I will ground your awareness back to the now by playing a percussion sequence using a rain stick, chimes and shakers. You will leave feeling relaxed and centered, a truly beautiful experience. The room can also bet set up for up to 15 people to enjoy the sound together but please let me know beforehand so that i can advise on the cost and for the room to be set up appropriately.
