2024 - 2025 Student Travel Award Application
HSS Student Travel awards are offered to both graduate and undergraduate students majoring in a degree program in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS). The travel awards are intended to supplement funding for research, conference presentations and conference attendance acquired through other sources at the College of Charleston. The awards will be limited to $500. This award is not for study abroad travel or networking events. Application deadlines for the fall semester are September 15, 2024 and November 1, 2024. Application deadlines for the spring semester are February 1, 2025 and March 15, 2025. Application deadline for summer semester is April 30, 2025. 2024-2025 Student Research Award
HSS Student Research Awards are offered to both graduate and undergraduate students majoring in a degree program in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS). The research awards are intended to support student research, such as buying supplies, paying for subscriptions, or paying research participants. The awards will be limited to $2,000 per calendar year. This award is not intended for travel support. Application deadlines for the spring semester are February 1, 2025 and March 15, 2025.
