Invisible Disabilities on Campus: Experiences and Support Survey
This anonymous form is a space for students with invisible disabilities or chronic conditions to share their experiences on both the main and Capitol Campus. Our goal is to better understand how our community can become more inclusive, accessible, and supportive for everyone! (especially those whose disabilities may not be immediately visible.) Your responses will remain completely anonymous. You can skip any question you don’t feel comfortable answering.
