Promoting consumption for human and environmental health by building social networks | For 10 years, we have been doing research to promote community actions and policies around consumption that promote human and environmental health. Promoted by grassroots peasant women's organizations in the southwestern departments of the country with whom we had been working to strengthen their nutritional health. We work in protective consumption of human and environmental health, with a gender and differential approach, through research, social mobilization in health, education, promotion of healthy and sustainable food production initiatives.
