Namaskar, If you have a burning curiosity to uncover the wonders of life in the cosmos and explore the boundless universe, you've come to the right place. Every individual living in this universe seeks to expand their experiences, and if given the opportunity, humans would undoubtedly be curious to explore beyond our planet. Are not you? I am curious in understanding both the workings of human life through yoga and the functioning of the universe through cosmology. Here, I would be sharing some of my journey for freedom (mukti) to the finite life to the infinite universe. I have a few yoga teaching certificates from the Government of India, Bretheology, and a few more. I am trained (and certified) by the famous yoga teacher in India, Swami Ramdev, and Dr. Stig Severinsen, PhD in Medicine and Guinness world records including 22 minutes of breath-holding. I have a research position in cosmology and astrophysics at the University of Tokyo and have a PhD degree in Cosmology.
