For those of you signed up for the BCG Denver Summer Retreat Pickleball Tournament:

Reservation: We have 6 courts reserved from 1:00–3:00 PM.

Arrival Time: Please arrive by 12:30 PM to check in at the Golden Peak desk, warm up, and get organized.

Getting There: The courts are accessible via the In-Town shuttle, with a stop right in front of The Hythe. See the map on this site. Shuttles run all day.

Pickleball Tournament 

For those of you signed up to be on the water:

Get ready to enjoy an hour with your choice of stand-up paddleboard, kayak, or pedal boat!

•	Rental Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM OR 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Check your calendar to confirm what time you selected)
•	Location: Nottingham Lake | 1 Lake St, Avon, CO  81620 (about 15 minutes from The Hythe) 
•	Check-In: Look for the Stand Up Paddle Colorado kiosk on the northeast side of the lake.
•	Reservation Name: BCG
•	Waivers: Everyone will need to sign a waiver when you arrive. This is separate from the waiver you completed for BCG.

SUP/Kayak Outing

For those of you signed up for the Wine Bottle Painting class at the Alpine Arts Center:

Your 60-minute yoga session with local instructor: Holly Beavers, awaits!

•	Location: Sun Up Room at The Hythe. (The room is next to the Mountain Ration Grab & Go on the lobby level)
•	What to Bring: your water bottle – yoga mats & hand towels will be provided.

BCG covers the cost of your pre-arranged service plus gratuity.

Nail Appointments

For those of you signed up for Betty Ford Alpine Gardens: 

Betty Ford Alpine Gardens — the highest elevation botanical gardens in the U.S.!
•	The gardens are open from dawn to dusk.
•	The Education Center is open daily from 10 AM to 3 PM.
•	You can get there easily using the In-Town shuttle, which stops right in front of The Hythe. 

The shuttle runs all day on a loop. (See Vail Shuttle Map on this site)

Entry requires a donation, but don’t worry — we’ve already covered that for you.

For those of you signed up for an afternoon of indoor climbing and fun at Eagle Climbing + Fitness:

•	When: Anytime between 12 PM – 6 PM
•	Where: Eagle Climbing + Fitness (about 25 minutes from The Hythe)
•	What to bring: Just yourself! Wear comfortable clothing. Day passes and gear rentals are already covered.

When you arrive, give your name at the front desk and mention you're with the BCG group. You'll also need to fill out a quick waiver on-site.
