Introducing the AKDC Career Mentorship Program! A program where a resident or a fellow training in Canada will be mentoring medical students, recent graduates and or current residents in terms of their future career planning! It will help prospective applicants to postgraduate medical training in Canada with their application and understanding of what will boost their chances of being accepted into their desired program! It will be a year-long program, with minimal time commitment. Yet, we believe it will provide an invaluable help to our future Kuwaiti physicians coming to Canada! Join us and be an AKDC Mentor.

"Every great achiever is inspired by a great mentor" - Laila Akita Welcome to AKDC's Career Mentorship Program The aim of this program is to facilitate the growth and development of medical students and recent graduates by means of guiding them through their careers. Mentors will help prospective applicants to understand and navigate the postgraduate medical training application process in Canada. Through their mentors, mentee's chances of becoming the best versions of themselves will be much higher. It will be a year-long program, with minimal time commitment. Yet, we believe it will provide an invaluable help to our future Kuwaiti physicians. Join the AKDC Mentorship Program.

What is expected from an AKDC Representative? - To help and guide new Kuwaiti doctors coming to their city. - To connect with Kuwaiti doctors in their city and spread the word regarding AKDC activities and updates - To liaise with AKDC regarding any issue for any Kuwaiti doctor(s) in their city that we can help with.
