SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS For The Panel: Each board should be saved as a PDF file and must not exceed 25MB in size. The resolution should be set at 300 dpi to ensure clarity and legibility. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS For each participants, submissions must includes: 1. Google Drive: Containing all photos. Ensure the Google Drive access is set to “Anyone with the link can view." Photo file names must follow this format: (PARTICIPANT NUMBER_P1/2/3/4/5). 2. Photo Essay: If submitting more than one photo, ensure that all photo essay are compiled into one same file. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS For each participants, submissions must includes: 1. Final Poster Design: Saved as a PDF File with a maximum file size of 25MB. The resolution should be set at 300 dpi to ensure clarity and legibility. 2. Description Essay: Saved as a PDF File with a maximum file size of 1MB. 3. Work File: Compressed file in .zip or .rar format with a maximum file size of 100MB. Flattened work file will not be accepted.
