Leadership Styles & Employee Performance in Liverpool's Retail Sector
It is kindly asked that all surveys are completed before/by Monday 5th May 2025. To start, please select the relevant Google Forms link for your role. Managers, please only complete the manager survey – though most managers are also 'employees,' in this case an employee is a non-manager.
These surveys have been made and distributed with approval from Liverpool Hope University, forming the primary research for a dissertation in B.A. Hons. Business Management. They explore topics of leadership style and employee performance in Liverpool ONE and 'The BID Area' (Culture & Commerce BID and Retail & Leisure BID), aiming to gain a deeper understanding of the manager-employee relationship.
