A potential buyer isn't just purchasing your P&L; they're buying your operations, your systems, and your team. The more "turnkey" your Business is, the higher the price it will command. Lessons from running my own business 1) simple things done at scale bring results Cold calling, LinkedIn content, selling, following up 2) more pipeline cures all problems People will ghost you, churn happens Move onto the next opportunity at speed 3) no negotiating on price If you want cheap go find a dodgy call centre 4) keep the main thing the main thing Content deals, recruiting, ai, some sexy job are irrelevant I only have so much energy and capacity use it wisely 5) being able to travel the world and work when I want is epic What have you learned this summer?
