Investment Details Velamakanni’s investment of INR 48.7 crore covers the conversion of 6.6 lakh partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up shares at an issue price of INR 733 each. Employee Stock Allotment In addition to Velamakanni’s investment, Fractal's board approved the allotment of 1.32 lakh equity shares to 81 employees under its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (#ESOP), aligning the interests of key personnel with the company’s future growth.
