Last week's Property Council of Australia Queensland Annual Christmas Lunch drew a record 1,800+ crowd and raised $70k for Property Industry Foundation to support homeless youth. It’s a bluebird day for a client walkthrough at our recently completed Bowral bespoke home. We're loving how the pitched roof sits beautifully in its rural setting, echoing the heritage farmhouses that define the region. Next up is landscaping, so stay tuned as it all comes together.

As the school year comes to a close, we’re looking back on one of six key education projects delivered in the Northern Rivers: Broadwater Public School for School Infrastructure NSW. Built using 23 volumetric modules and 9 pop-up roof modules, it’s a strong example of how Modern Methods of Construction deliver high-quality learning spaces in months, not years. A pleasure to welcome the Hon. Dale Last MP, Queensland Minister for Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing, Regional and Rural Development, and the team from the Gold Coast Manufacturing Hub to our Queensland facility.   The visit provided an opportunity to showcase our manufacturing capability and how we’re delivering innovative, large-scale projects across Queensland — combining Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA) principles with a skilled local workforce and to build the next generation of housing and infrastructure.

It was a great morning diving into Modern Methods of Construction at the Property Council breakfast. Our Queensland General Manager, Robbie Claase, joined industry leaders on the panel for a valuable conversation on how MMC is reshaping Queensland’s construction landscape.

Our Modscape + Modbotics team recently came together for a morning tea to launch Sonder, our new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) partner.
