Adding vx_tool_rust library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add vx-tool-rust

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

vx-tool-rust = "0.4.0"

The vx_tool_rust library will be automatically available globally. Read the vx_tool_rust library documentation.
