Adding vx_cli library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add vx-cli

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

vx-cli = "0.4.0"

The vx_cli library will be automatically available globally. Read the vx_cli library documentation.
