Adding encoderfile_core library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add encoderfile-core

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

encoderfile-core = "0.2.1"

The encoderfile_core library will be automatically available globally. Read the encoderfile_core library documentation.
