Adding declarative_dataflow library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add declarative-dataflow

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

declarative-dataflow = "0.2.0"

The declarative_dataflow library will be automatically available globally. Read the declarative_dataflow library documentation.
